Hoi allemaal!

Op dit moment ben ik 1,5 week lekker thuis bij papa en mama en lig ik over mama’s schouder terwijl ik dit typ. Ik ben erg boos, want ik had honger, maar geen zin om mijn fles te drinken, dat is echt heel erg lastig.

Hoe kwam dat nou zo ineens dat ik naar huis mocht? Even terug naar vrijdag 21 mei. Zoals jullie wellicht al gelezen hadden twijfelden papa en mama of ik wel naar huis kon, omdat er nog veel open eindjes waren. Vrijdag kwamen de artsen gelukkig met een plan. Direct toen papa en mama binnenkwamen kwam de verpleegkundig specialist om te vertellen dat we geen Samenzorg (visite) zouden doen van maar 10 minuutjes, maar even na alle visites een goed gesprek met haar, de kinderarts en de longarts. Top! Ondertussen had mijn eigen verpleegster alvast een hele checklist gemaakt op het whiteboard van wat er nog allemaal geregeld en overlegd moest worden voor ontslag, super!

De artsen waren in het gesprek eigenlijk heel duidelijk over de randvoorwaarden om met ontslag te gaan en welke zaken papa en mama in de gaten kunnen houden en hoe vaak. De longarts blijft behandelend arts, waardoor ik nu nog niet terug ga naar het SFG, maar voorlopig al mijn controles en afspraken in het Erasmus heb. Een nieuwe opname werd gepland voor begin juni voor de ontstekingsremmers en binnen 1,5 week zou ik weer op de poli moeten komen. Dat klonk goed.

Nu kwam de metabolen arts nog én de nefroloog. Zouden we er dan toch nog uitkomen?!

De metabolen arts deed hetzelfde onderzoek als zijn collega in opleiding de dag ervoor. Niet heel boeiend, wel wilden ze nog wat bloed afnemen, maar het grootste deel ervan zouden ze niet direct doen, maar als er een infuus geprikt wordt bij de volgende opname. Ok!

En jawel, om 15u kwam daar eindelijk de nefroloog. Papa en mama legden uit dat ze graag thuis de bloeddruk wilden meten omdat dat poliklinisch niet zoveel zegt. Hij vond het niet zo spannend, maar wilde graag meewerken en regelde zo waar een bloeddruk apparaat met een bandje voor baby’s. Yes, dat was het laatste puntje op de lijst van papa en mama, nu mocht ik mee naar huis!

Papa en mama pakten alles in, liepen de checklist nog eens langs en namen afscheid van de verpleging. Dag allemaal!! 

 

Sinds ik thuis ben heb ik ongelooflijk veel meegemaakt, maar vooral ook enorm veel rust gevonden, en papa en mama ook.

We hebben enorm genoten samen van alle bezoekjes deze 1e week, van alle lieve kaartjes en cadeautjes, de lijn met kaartjes is nu wel echt bijna vol hoor!!

Vrijdagavond was Ferdi op bezoek, hij had een mega coole pinguin meegenomen, wauw!

Papa en mama waren net thuis, dus ze gingen even aan de slag met alle medicijnen, Ferdi was erg onder de indruk van deze apotheek! Even een fotootje van de medicijnen zoals mama ze elke avond klaarmaakt, die vrijdag was het nog niet zo georganiseerd, maar er is nu een heus systeem én 4 ogen controle!

Zaterdag kwamen opa en oma. Papa en mama hadden lekker uitgeslapen en we waren net allemaal aangekleed toen ze kwamen. Ik moest wel nog in bad, maar daar hadden papa en mama expres mee gewacht omdat oma dat wel leuk zou vinden om te doen! Mama ging nog wat dingetjes ophalen in het ziekenhuis die de apotheek vergeten was er bij te doen en papa ging naar de kaakchirurg. ‘s Avonds at opa een Frikandel, dat vond ik erg verwarrend want het was opa Vlaai en hij had ‘s middags nog vlaai op?!

Zondag werd er weer een klein beetje uitgeslapen, ‘s middags kwamen Lennard en Evelien. Evelien heeft een klein babytje in de buik en die kon ik vast ontmoeten! Toen Evelien mij een flesje gaf voelde ik de baby schoppen, cool!!

Ik mocht ook voor het eerst in mijn eigen kamer naar bed voor een middag slaapje.

Oeps, toen papa me er uit tilde bleef de sonde haken en moesten ze aan de bak met alle pleisters opnieuw! Oja, en mama had een gerecht gemaakt met allemaal tomaat, en wat is het enige dat Lennard niet lust? Juist ja, oepsie, even vergeten. Lennard en Evelien hadden nog een cadeautje mee van Stefan en Sophie, dat al sinds januari lag te wachten tot ik thuis was, een mooi bord voor aan het raam zodat iedereen kan zien dat ik hier nu woon! Wauw!

Maandag was even een chilldag, maar wel een hele bijzondere, want in Maastricht is mijn nieuwe beste vriendje geboren: Noan! Wat een lieverd! Ik hoop dat ik hem snel mag ontmoeten!

Papa en mama mochten nogmaals aan de bak met de pleisters, want de zuurstofsonde was afgebroken toen papa met me in de draagzak wou en mama een beetje stond te klungelen. Oepsie! Mama ging maar aan de bak met alvast pleisters voor knippen voor als er weer zoiets geks gebeurt, dan hoeft ze niet dan nog netjes te knippen.

Dinsdagavond gingen papa en mam met mij wandelen. Ze waren het slechte weer beu en volgens buienradar bleef het droog. Precies toen we de deur uit stapten begon het te regenen, onee! Nouja, jammer dan, we gaan gewoon zeiden pap en mam! Regenkap over de wagen en gaan! We hebben zelfd nog een ijsje gehaald.

Op de terugweg belden opa en oma Frikandel, of ze even langs mochten komen, natuurlijk! Ze hadden hele leuke nieuwe kleertjes en slabbetjes voor me meegenomen, wat lief!

Woensdag ging papa me lekker in bad stoppen, wat is dat toch fijn zeg! Even zwemmen en lekker warm. Op z’n kop ging ik papa aankijken!

Mama vond dat het wel tijd werd voor zomer, dus ik kreeg een vrolijk shirtje aan, oma vond het veel te koud en belde dat ik een trui aan moest, hahaha.

Donderdag was ik alleen met mama, papa moest een dagje naar kantoor. Mama had me al vroeg wakker gemaakt voor mijn eerste fles, de fysio van het Top programma (fysio voor te vroeg geboren kindjes – preventief) kwam om 10u en mama had de theorie dat ik dan wel wakker zou zijn als ze op tijd begon met de eerste fles. Helaas, ik lag heerlijk te slapen toen ze kwam. Een echt boefje!

Mama heeft even met haar bijgepraat over wat ik allemaal kan, we kennen elkaar nog van het SFG. Het was erg fijn en ze was trots op wat ik allemaal al kon. Over een paar weekjes komt ze weer, dan ben ik wakker hoor!

Mama moest nog een paar kleine dingetjes hebben in de winkel, dus we gingen samen op stap met de kinderwagen. Het zonnetje scheen dus we hebben er meteen maar een kleine wandeling van gemaakt.

‘s Middags kwam een van de zusters van het SFG langs die daar heel veel voor mij heeft gezorgd. Dat was erg gezellig. Ze had een super lief cadeau voor me meegenomen, een gepersonaliseerd boek, heel gaaf! Het beschrijft goed hoeveel bochten en bergen ik al bewandeld heb!

Mama had ook nog wat cadeautjes die ze met papa gekocht had voor haar en voor de andere EVV’er, voor de dokter en voor de verpleging die veel voor me gezorgd heeft. Erg leuk om even bij te kletsen samen en ze vond me al een grote vent, maar nu ze me niet in een bedje zag toch ook nog wel heel klein. We gaan binnenkort nog eens een drankje doen!

Donderdag hadden papa en mama geen zin om te koken, ze hebben eten besteld, maar wel met de afspraak dat het alleen mocht als ze een flinke wandeling gingen maken. En dat hebben we gedaan! Ik heb weer een heel nieuw stuk van de buurt ontdekt!

Vrijdag kwam Mandy op kraamvisite, en het was ineens heerlijk weer. Ze ging samen met haar vriend bij ons om de hoek lunchen, en papa en mama besloten spontaan mee te gaan. En ik natuurlijk ook! Heerlijk hebben we op het terras gezeten, ik heb lekker naar de wolken gekeken in de schaduw. Mama moest nog even naar het ziekenhuis om een meter op te halen die in de gaten houdt wat mijn saturatie ‘s nachts doet, dat doet de monitor thuis ook alleen deze kun je ook uitlezen, handig voor de dokter! Toen ze terugkwam ging het feestje gewoon verder in de tuin, zo kon ik lekker een fles en slapen terwijl papa en mama nog even gezellig deden.

Mama had zuurvlees opstaan al de hele dag, maar het was BBQ weer dus die ging aan! Ik ging toen wel naar binnen, want al die rook is niet goed voor mij. Mandy moest naar huis naar de hondjes, maar Vincent bleef nog even en ook Nelleke kwam langs, mama had haar een bakje zuurvlees beloofd. Het was nog lang onrustig…

Zaterdag kwamen ‘s ochtends opa en oma even op de koffie, die moesten in de buurt zijn voor een afspraak voor een nieuwe overkapping. Gezellig! Opa en mama hebben lunch opgehaald om de hoek, en we hebben in de tuin lekker in het zonnetje gezeten. De zonnebrand creme was intussen ook binnen dus ik werd lekker ingesmeerd en mocht in de schaduw er lekker bij zitten.

Er stond ook nog een verrassing op de stoep! Elise kwam een cadeautje afgeven dat papa bij haar (bij haar sieradenlijn Marée) had besteld. Nog voor moederdag, een prachtige armband en oorbellen, gegraveerd met een persoonlijke boodschap en de geboortedatum en naam van mij. Wauw! Mama was super blij en liep de hele dag te shinen met haar nieuwe sieraden. Opa en oma gingen weg en toen kwamen Luca en Lenneke, all the way from Nederweert. Luca heeft me zelfs een flesje gegeven, altijd fijn als ik eten krijg en hij deed het ook heel goed! Nu was het dan tijd voor het zuurvlees wat mama gemaakt had, dat rook lekker, ik kan niet wachten tot ik dat ook mag eten! Toen het wat frisser werd werd er ook een lekker vuurtje gestookt, toen ging ik weer naar binnen en lekker even slapen.

Zondag werd er uitgeslapen, mocht ik lekker in bad en was het tijd voor nieuwe plakkers. GRR, dat vind ik toch echt nooit leuk. Daarna lekker chillen in de tuin, papa ruimde het schuurtje flink op. Daar past nu de kinderwagen in, top!! Scheelt weer veel plek in de woonkamer. ‘s Middags kwamen Peter en Anniek met hun dochtertje Linde langs. Linde is een beetje ouder dan ik, heel leuk! Linde ging lekker met water spelen, nog eventjes en dan ben ik oud genoeg om lekker mee te doen!

Vandaag deden we weer even rustig aan, en ‘s middags was het tijd voor de poliafspraak in het ziekenhuis. Papa heeft vanalles gefabriceerd waardoor we de zuurstofconcentrator kunnen meenemen in de Tesla en we niet alleen afhankelijk zijn van zuurstofflessen, super handig, dat konden we nu meteen gaan testen! En jawel hoor, het werkte! Op naar het Erasmus. Eenmaal daar aangekomen moest mama weer terug naar beneden, er mocht maar 1 iemand mee op de afspraak vanwege corona. En ik moest officieel ook een paspoort om te laten zien voor de afspraak, ehhhh, daar hebben papa en mama inderdaad echt veel tijd voor gehad om te regelen. Ik wil helemaal niet met die slangetjes op mijn paspoort, dus we wachten nog wel even…. Ik moest al mijn kleren uit en op de weegschaal, huppakee, ik weeg al 5330 gram! Papa en mama hadden me zondag thuis ook gewogen en toen woog ik nog 5250 gram, en bij ontslag in het ziekenhuis op 21 mei 4890, dus ik ben flink aangekomen! Hier lig ik bij papa op de schouder te wachten op de dokter.

Bij het gesprek met de dokter belde papa mama bij. Niet super handig, maar het werkte wel enigszins. Korte samenvatting: uit het genetisch onderzoek is vooralsnog niets uitgekomen, kijkend naar de genen gerelateerd aan interstitiële longziekten. Ze gaan nog eea bekijken vanuit het perspectief van stofwisseling, en anders het bredere onderzoek qua DNA waar wellicht dan nog iets uit kan komen. Ook de second opinion in Seattle heeft geen nieuwe inzichten opgeleverd. Dat is goed en slecht nieuws, toch?! Papa en mama hebben netjes een overzicht bijgehouden van mijn ademhaling en hartslag en vonden toch wel dat het lijkt alsof ik wat harder moet werken dan eerder. In overleg met de longarts hebben ze besloten de zuurstof naar 0,9 te draaien (ietsjes omhoog) en even te kijken wat dat doet. Ze hebben ook bloed geprikt om te kijken naar de Co2 waarde in mijn bloed en die was nog nooit zo goed geweest! Volgende week moet ik terugkomen voor de stootkuur van ontstekingsremmers, geen zin in, maar hopelijk helpt het weer! Als papa en mama nu zien dat ik nog harder ga werken dan moet ik misschien al eerder, maar ik hoop van niet.

Wat een lang verhaal om te vertellen dat ik dolgelukkig ben dat ik eindelijk thuis ben?! Dankjewel allemaal voor de lieve berichtjes, kaartjes, cadeautjes! Jullie zijn te gek!
